  By submitting this form and/or your music, all band members and the band as a whole agree and guarantee that 1) all music is original, 2) only the members listed above have rights to the supplied music/creative/names, 3) if selected for band sponsorship, all members and the band as a whole will represent Rude Maneuvers Industries and its brands dutifully and in a non-damaging manner, 4) Rude Maneuvers Industries, LLC and it's brands/affiliates will be held harmless for any and all actions by bands and/or members, 5) names, images and music provided to Rude Maneuvers may be used for promotional purposes, 6) if the band breaks up, enters into any other agreement, or members leave, the music, names and images can remain on Rude Maneuvers website and marketing materials indefinitely and/or until we can get new images/info/pics that are acceptable to us. 7) you will not drag Rude Maneuvers into your band drama.  Now that all of this B.S. is out of the way,  click the box and submit only if you ALL agree to these terms, and if you ALL have read and fully understand the rules and details involved with submitting.
